How to get the Teddy Bear Look?

Hi, I am Margie and have two Shih Tzus and I keep them in more or less the Teddy Bear look. However, I went to a shower the other day and this lady had her two Shih Tzus there. Their hair cuts were adorable--nothing shaved; just a fluffy little Shih Tzu. She had them done at a professional groomer and said she knew the groomer used a Clipper plus a Comb but didn't know the size blades of each.

Does anyone know the size of the blade and the comb to be used to get this look?

I looked up Grooming and also saw where another professional was using the clipper and comb together but didn't give the size of either. But she had the same look as the one above--just a fluffy bundle of joy. :)

Teddy Bear cut w/clipper and comb

I use to cut human hair which is quite similar to the Shih Tzu. I always used a small sized clipper blade due to the fact it left do line behind in the hair. It blended better. I also used a comb as large as the clipper so when you went over the hair you were on the hair you were cutting only! The smaller the comb the more the risk you will go off the comb and mess up the hair. This would not be good!! I would look for a comb at a beauty supply store that allows the public in then ask for a clipper comb.
