This is my baby Emily when she was 1 1/2 years old... and more pictures of my baby loves. She is now 4 years old and she has a sister penny, my black and white shih tzu that is 6 (not biologicaly, but they don't know that.. lol) I first got emily after my precious gracie passed away and I didn't want penny to be alone, so me and my husband got emily up north in michigan on a farm when she was 12 weeks old. They are now inseparable, and the happiest girls in the world. I love them so much.

Thank you for sharing your babies' pictures with us. They are as pretty as can be and I can tell that you and your husband are a very good and loving Mom and Dad!!

I admire you so much for getting Emily so Penny will not be alone. I agree you 100% that they need a sister, buddy, etc. We have a ranch and have 8 little dogs---3 are Shih Tzu girls.

And 2 horses which we have had to get another one twice as one passed away. They both were in their 20s and missed their buddy so much so immediately started looking for a friend for them.

We also have 4 mini donkeys. With the little donkey girls---they pare off. Each has her girlfriend. Last year lost one so immediately again called my mini donkey friend in Tennessee and she sent us a beautiful little mini donkey who is red and expecting a baby in April. Now Sabelle is happy again as she now has a Best Girl Friend again.

We love our family of doggies, horses, and the little donkeys so much; a big part of our family.

How to find a Shih Tzu picture on this site

Hi everyone, if you'd like to see the pictures of Margie's girls, please just type the title in to the search box at the top right of the Shih Tzu pictures page (or any page with a search box).

And if you don't know the title, just type in the pet's name ... it should work too. It did when I tested it for Margie's "Katie":)

Thank you Margie for your comments. I checked out your beautiful adorable shih tzus, You are the best loving mommie and its people like you that make this world a better place for our animals, and i admire people who love animals because it shows a true genuine heart....they are better than humans,(not that there are not many good people, but dogs don't have agendas, they are pure goodness, and they deserve to be taken care of properly as the human race chose to domesticate them)...

It may sound crazy to some people, but I would die to protect my girls, and I love them so much. I sometimes stare at them and talk to them and they bring tears to my eyes...they love to listen to relaxing music with me while i rub there bellies,, they are perfect and so special and i wish i could save all the suffering animals in this world...

my dream is to win the lottery and be able to not have to work so i can spend alot of my time rescuing animals...My shih tzu gracie, who passed, I rescued, she was abondoned by her previous owners, and i found her wondering a main street, she had many health problems, and i nursed her back to health and she was the queen of our home for 7 years until she passed.

I am on a new computer, but i will scan some pictures of her from my polaroids in her loving memory to post on the site... Thank you for your comments. :)

Thank you so much for your nice compliment about my being a good mom-----well, I sure do try.
These babies as I call them mean so much to Don and mecacoon. Sometimes Don will say "I forget what is going on ---on the TV as I find myself watching this one or that one.

We used to show dogs and it was fun; we were not breeders--just showed for fun and Don took them in the ring--no handlers!!! But now with the horses and mini donkeys, just stay at home.

btw, having so many doggie friends, I am always getting these cute emails about "dogs" and the one I am thinking of now is "The Dog Lives Here; You Don't". It is so cute plus have another one titled "Dogs' Prayers. If you would like them, just send me your email address.

Have a good day; we are getting ready to have the horses and little donkeys' hoofs trimmed--hope it warms up. :)
