New hair cut for summer
We have 4 Shih-Tsu and all are rescues, we love them all but found out that this little guy was surrendered by mistake and is a show quality dog. After some heated words with the breeder who gave him up by mistake, we were able to keep him. While he is quite beautiful his personality is what really made it important for us to keep him! He is now 6 months old and has no bad habits and is always happy go lucky and loves anything that breathes on this planet. Everyone who visits our house has to be frisked before leaving because they all say they want to steal him. His hair is amazing and his markings are perfect. Gizmo was a Christmas gift for the kids December 2010 and he was only 6 wks old. He is now 8 months old. He loves to have you rub his belly. He will lay on his back just for a tummy rub anytime of the day. He does not bark much at all. Shih tzu are great family dogs. SHIH TZU PHOTO OF GIZMO

GIZMO IS A 2 YR. OLD LIL BOY THAT MY HUSBAND AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! WE GOT HIM WHEN HE WAS 3 MONTHS OLD AND ARE JUST IN LOVE WITH HIM! HE IS SUCH A GOOD LIL BOY. HE DOESN'T BARK AT ANYONE (UNLESS HE'S PLAYING WITH HIS TOYS) AND IS GREAT AROUND KIDS. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN THE WAY MY HUSBAND AND I FEEL ABOUT GIZMO. HE'S THE BEST THING THAT'S HAPPENED TO US! AGAIN...WE ADORE HIM AND WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LOVEABLE AND CUDDLY PUPPY, TO GET A SHIH TZU. This is Sabrina's Big brother and our second to oldest Shih-Tsu. His Name is Eminem and he is the whole package! If anyone ever tells you you can't get the best from a rescue, you tell them how wrong they are. This guy has perfect markings, a face that will melt your heart, a prance that was meant for the show ring and a stance to match. If anyone was on the fence about owning a Shih-tsu, spending a day with this little guy would clinch it! As beautiful as his silky smooth fur is his personality shines even brighter. Loves his crate, is happy playing alone or with his brothers and sister and when you pet him you can't turn off that licking tongue! My two Shih Tzu are the most wonderful pets. Gizmo (gold and white) is laid-back, loving and the sweetest little dog ever. Gadget (black) is active, clever, loud and noisy, vulnerable and loves being cuddled. I could not live without my Shih Tzu.
